I used another planin before yours, but yours is more convenient and I think a promising plugin.
But in another plugin there were prompts for generating unique titles and descriptions, which also added uniqueness to the content, which is better from an SEO point of view.

What is the purpose of a title that is different from the post title? Also, I see that the plugin you are using asks for a topic to be used for the meta description of the post. Seems like the best way to do this is to ask the AI model to analyze the article’s content section structure for this.

Because title is the title of the page, and h1 is the general title of the body of the document.

This is not so important, you can do without different title and H1
