1. The 403 Forbidden Error happens when the web page (or another resource) that you’re trying to open in your web browser is a resource that you’re not allowed to access. It’s called a 403 error because that’s the HTTP status code that the webserver uses to describe that kind of error.
You usually get this error for one of two reasons. The first is that the owners of the webserver have properly set up access permissions and that you’re really not allowed access to the resource. The second reason is that the owners of the webserver have improperly set up permissions and you’re getting denied access when you really shouldn’t be.

2. According to your screenshot above, you have the latest released version of CyberSEO Pro which is 10.082 ATM. I can't see a problem here.

A 403 error is not a CyberSEO Pro message. This error code is generated by the remote server and indicates that the client does not have the necessary permissions to access the requested resource. It is possible that the server configuration or security settings are causing this issue.
If you're using a tool like CyberSEO Pro to parse YouTube feeds on a regular basis, be aware that doing so too often may result in your IP address being blocked by YouTube.
This is because YouTube has certain limits in place to prevent excessive requests from any one IP address. If you exceed these limits, your IP may be flagged as suspicious and blocked from accessing YouTube's content.
So, if you're experiencing issues with parsing YouTube feeds or receiving error messages, it may be due to your IP address being blocked by YouTube. To avoid this, make sure you're following YouTube's guidelines for API usage and not making too many requests in a short amount of time.
This rule applies to parsing not just YouTube feeds, Amazon product pages, Google News and Google search results, but also to other online services that have their own usage limits in place. If you want to avoid getting blocked or temporarily banned from these services, it's recommended that you use proxy servers. By using proxies, you can distribute the requests across different IP addresses, making it harder for these services to detect and block your activity. This will also help you to stay within the limits of their usage policies and prevent any possible issues in the future.
Even cyberseo.net has similar restrictions. For example, if you try to enter incorrect credentials for this support forum a few times in a row, your IP will be automatically banned for 24 hours.
