All in one SEO is installed...Does CyberSEO fill it in automatically? I do not see anything filled in if i look at the posts..

You can fill the All-in-One-SEO post fields via PHP code. For example:

Can i use the Global Posts Modification Tools to do this or must i use the php code field in the XML Syndicator. Put the code in each seperate feed?

The code must be placed into the "PHP code <?php .. ?>" box of the feed which shall modify the All-in-One-SEO post fields.
Actually the code above is just an example. You can modify it to add your own keywords, and/ or modify the All-in-One-SEO post title and description strings. You can do with it whatever you want.

I'm using Wordpress SEO. I manage to fill the custom field for "focus keyword", but not meta description. I try changing strip_tags($post['excerpt']) to $post['post_'excerpt']; but it doesn't work. Would you please tell me how to fill the meta description? Thanks

I didn't get your question. If you don't want to add the meta description into the '_yoast_wpseo_metadesc' custom field, just don't do it. I.e. delete line #2 from your code.

I get these errors when using
$post['custom_fields']['_aioseop_title'] = $post['post_title'];
$post['custom_fields']['_aioseop_description'] = strip_tags($post['excert']);
$post['custom_fields']['_aioseop_keywords'] = implode(",", $post['categories']);
Can you help me out?
