I have found that the API for Gpt 3.5 turbo works but gpt4 doesn't. It gives 0 posts for gpt4. Is this my settings or the openai permissions?

As far as I know, OpenAI does not require any special permissions to use the DALL-E API. They still restrict only the GPT-4 API for some reason.
