Attached image as featured image | CyberSEO Pro | Support Forum

I am wondering if it is possible to map an image to the \\\"featured image\\\" field within wordpress, so that I have the option of pulling out the different size variations versus linking to the image in the custom field assigned to each post. I am trying to make uniform thumbnails for each post that has an image that can be mapped.
