Yes, you can do it with "Global Posts Modification Tools" (CyberSEO -> Tools). There you can use the "PHP Code <?php .. ?>" field to make the CyberSEO plugin to modify all existing posts. All the post fields (title, content etc) are available via the array $post, described Login to see this link.

For example if you want to add some footer (say "Copyright (c) 2011") to every existing post, you need to execute the following code:
