hi , i've follow your suggestion :

use auto cron

disable cron job

when i tried to delete feed , all feeds deleted successfully , so  add another feed , and strangely old feeds keep show up again.

i've wait an hour and tried to add another feeds and same problem accured.

is there something wrong with my cyberseo ?

Nothing is wrong there. It seems you have tried to delete/add the feed while the plugin was pulling the posts. Make sure to disable syndication, wait for 10 minutes and do what you need.

No permission to create posts
