Because you haven't copy-pasted the exact activation info. Email me with your admin login/password to WP control panel. I'll take a look.

The the error message says, you need to install IonCube Loader at your server:

Login to see the quote

If you can't do it by yourself, you should as your host admin. The IonCube Loader is absolutely free and has an easy to use Installation Wizard (please note the link in the error message above).

I've just logged into your WP control panel, entered the site URL and serial code from the email which you have received when ordered the plugin and... it was activated immediately. Seems you have copy-pasted those two lines (your own site URL and serial) with an error.
