Hi there,

I have an imported dump and the XML Structure contains <tags>Dadi Meow</tags>

  I would like to have that value become a WP tag but I'm not sure how to do it.  Would you be able to help me?  Thank you.

I was able to fix it myself.  For others that may benefit, I redid the dump and used Category instead of Tags.  After that, I chose the Option "Create tags from category names" and got the result I wanted.
