Only scaling it's possible, but right now only via custom PHP code (Advanced -> PHP code ). There you can use a special function:
cseo_save_image ( string $image_url [, string $preferred_name = ''] [, string $width = 0] [, string $height = 0] [, int $compression = 0] ) : string
It saves the image located by the given URL at your host and returns it's local URL. You may specify desired with and height (in pixels or in percents of the source image) as well as the compression level. E.g.:

So the original image will be scaled to 120x120 pixels and saved at your host. As far as I know there are special plugins and even themes, that can crop the images.
