Your version is obsolete. You must update it to Login to see this link or higher. Simple download the newest release from cyberseo.net using your existing login and password or do a one-click update via plugin's main control panel.

Hi, i've tried that but i can't find any login in cyberseo.net or download link and in my plugins dashboard the plugin just sits there, there is no upgrade notification, option or link either.

You have to use the same download info which you were using to download your first copy of plugin.

Ok, did that and installed 6.42, it's up and running but now i cannot syndicate any feed, tried several rss and xml but every one comes back with the result that "there is no feed" and "XML parse error: 0 (No error)", i'm sure those feeds are up and working, using them on other sites with cyberseo.

This error arises in case if your server can't download the feed's content. Make sure that:

  • all those feeds really exists and valid;
  • your site is not blocked by the feed hosts;
  • PHP cURL extension is properly installed at your host.

Hey, thanks for your help.

- The feeds are valid, it wont even syndicate a simple rss from a blog or simple pages.

- So blocked is not the problem either

- I have other sites that have cyberseo installed for months now in the same host without problems, is this new install that's giving the problems.

It's very easy to check actually. Upload this simple PHP code into the root folder for your blog as test.php and open http://www.yourblog.com/test.php in the browser:

Login to see the code

If feed won't appear then your host has a problem with cURL.

Looks very strange. Please email me with your blog's URL and login/password to its panel. I'll take a look.

Just checked your blog settings. I'm noticed that you have replaced the XML section tag names with some strange words. Why?

Click "Alter default settings" and change "XML section tag names (separate with commas)" to the default value which was "ITEM,VIDEO,MOVIE,GALLERY,ENTRY".
