I would like to ask, how to use the CyberSeo plugin, and stay on the "white hat" side. Is it possible?
In general spun text / duplicate content is against Google Webmaster Guidelines, and all other search engine sites too.
What is the best way to use it, and "keep the value of the websites" high?
Would it be not a lot of text, or no text at all, just pictures, or videos, maybe?

Think about sites like reddit.com, pinterest.com, tumblr.com etc. They have no unique content at all. Even Google itself has no unique content - in fact, it's just an aggregator. Do you really think that the most popular and famous sites are "Google Webmaster Guidelines"? I don't sell the business ideas, but I can give you a tip. Make sites for real people but not for search engines, and you will be ranked well even w/o unique content. For example, I'm visiting meduza.io every morning to read the recent news. The mentioned site is not a news making one. It's just an aggregator which pulls the news from other sources. However it becomes very popular in my country.
And don't listen to Matt Cutts. He always says that he must but it doesn't mean he always says the truth...
