Does cyberseo support keyword matching to split articles from same feeds into different categories?

I don't see any options to filter feed items.

You can use the following code:

Login to see the code

Just put it into the "PHP code <?php .. ?>" box and don't forget to replace keywords and category names by your owns.

When you put it in the PHP code, I'm guessing you're talking about the Tools page (Global Posts Modification Tools)

So that's a one time job. Is there any way to have this filtering going on each time the Syndicator runs? I don't want to have to run this every few hours so...

Update: Sorry, I just realized the PHP box is on each syndicated feed. I am going to be using a ton of feeds so it might be nice in the future to edit all these at once.
