I let the query run after 5 min. Log says skipping however one duplicate post was added without title.
No new posts were added. At least by this plugin. Perhaps you are using something else like CyberSEO Lite or RSS Retriever? Maybe the post was scheduled? In any case, it was not added during the iteration shown in your log above. That's absolutely for sure.

I checked the settings for the feed from your Syndicator Log above, and to be honest, I don't know how it could have worked before.
- The "Disable JSON and XML tag detection" checkbox was not enabled.
- "Create from the first post image" was selected in "Post thumbnails", while "Create from the "thumb" custom field" must be used in your case.
I have fixed the settings for that particular feed for you and successfully imported a new post ID: 64 with a title - please check your Syndicator Log for the details.

Yes, but the CSV file must be extracted from a zip file. If you add its URL and select the "Treat as CSV" option, it will be imported.
If I do that I get:
<item>
<csv_1></csv_1>
<csv_2></csv_2>
</item>
As a result. Not sure how to move from there.
Will CyberSEO extract the zip file?
Can I see the extracted URL? I've extracted a CSV file from your zip file, added it with CberSEO Pro and I can see its full structure in XML format, as <ID>, <Publish_Date>, <Page_URL>, <Trailer_Video_URLs> etc.
As with a ZIP file, it's possible to load it into the server's memory, but the "Treat as CSV" option allows the script to read the remote file line by line, so it can process a very large source even if doesn't fit your server's memory.
The ability to import a CSV file from a zip has been implemented. However, you should be aware that it will use your server's memory because the file needs to be downloaded completely and then unzipped into the server's memory to be processed.
To add your zipped CSV file as a URL, go to the "CSV to Text Dump" tab of CyberSEO Pro's Synidcator and simply enter your URL in the "Dump" field, so that there is only one line containing the URL.
Now set the "Dump Format" options (e.g. "Custom", "Date", "Link", etc.) for the structure of your CSV file and import it.
Also note that this method imports the first line of your CSV file as a regular entry (not as a set of CSV item names), so it will be added to your site as a post. To avoid this situation, use the "Content Filtering" settings to skip the posts that contain the word "Title" as a title or "Page URL" as a link.
UPDATE: Since using content filtering to remove the CSV header line does not seem like an elegant solution, a special "Skip header" checkbox has been added to the "CSV or Text Dump" import menu. When checked, the first line of a CSV dump is considered a header and is skipped. Now the plugin allows you to import the zipped CSV file properly according to your requirements above.
Don't forget to update the plugin core on the "General Settings" page.
