Hi,

I've used the CyberSYN plugin for a while, without any issues.

Recently I purchased the lite upgrade and since yesterday I'm getting the above mentioned error on some feeds. When I created new feeds (with the same content) I kept getting the same error.

Am I banned from the feed? Or am I doing something wrong?

I've tried changing the update frequency  from 60 minutes to 360 minutes and the amount of retrieved articles from 10 to 2, both without any success.

Help please?

Did you try to syndicate any other feeds from another source? Do they all show the same error message, or not? Also did you try to pull the feed via proxy?

BTW, the error message doesn't look like a remote URL access problem. It looks like a problem with MySQL. Do you use a synonym table on that blog? How big it (the table) is?

I'm syndicating feeds from another source with different content without problems. But when I use that specific content, I'm getting these errors.

I am using a spinnerchief synonyms table on that feed, yes.

I'll try to use my own (significantly smaller) synonym table, to see if that helps.

Oh, and I didn't try via proxy. Because I don't have any? ... Actually, where would I find a proxy if I had any?

Just Google for "free proxy list" and you'll find a ton or them. Personally I'd suggest you to by a commercial one, because it will be up 24/7, work faster etc.

If you are using the SpinnerChief service, so there is no reason to worry about the synonym table. So if you are having problems with some particular feed only, try to use proxy.

Well, for now it seems that changing the synonimizer to my own table solved the issue.

I'll look into proxy some other time. For now, I'm just happy my feeds are grabbed again :) Thanks a lot man

I ran into the same issue with other feeds, turning off the spinnerchief table fixed the issue.

Thanks for your help! :)

Could you please tell me where exactly the mentioned error message was shown - in the WordPress control panel or right in the body of the syndicated post?

in the body of the syndicated post...

Yesterday I also had one that said: "You've reached the daily limit!" Is that like a Spinnerchief API-error or something?

Ah, this is not a bug then. Every standard SpinnerChief account allows one to spin up to 500 articles per day.

I believe you have to ask this question to SpinnerChief team directly.

I don't think it's about the number of times you submit a query, but about the actual time it takes to process a query. Maybe Spinnerchief is just not suitable for spinning many long articles.

I am not using it anymore since I started the above topic and haven't run into any issues. CyberSEO is running perfect and I have just purchased my 2nd license! ThnX!
