I want to extract a linked picture from the post content.

Or in other words: all of the content has to be removed, except the (only 1) picture with his link.

The link is something like that:

<a href="http://777livecams.com/?show=10679&amp;stid=rssfeed_10679_m&amp;id=XXXXX&amp;sc_id=1" target="_blank" title="Echte-19 (19)"><img src="http://mm.777-partner.com/images/1758022_320x240.jpg" border="2" alt="Echte-19" width="240" height="180" /></a>

 

There is only one link / one pic in the postcontent.

Hope you can help me
