Something is wrong with your server settings. This is what you should see:
Go to CyberSEO Pro -> General Settings and enable debug mode. Then try to pull the feed again. There will be an error message. This is not a CyberSEO error (as you can see at the picture above, my code works well with your feed). So send this error message to your host admin and ask him to fix your server. I really can't help you in this situation, because I have control over my scripts only, but not over your server's software.
These are basic system requirements to use CyberSEO Pro:
- PHP 5.3.3 or greater (PHP 7.3.0 or greater is recommended).
- MySQL 5.0.0 or greater (MySQL 5.7.0 or greater is recommended).
- PHP safe mode must be disabled.
- Essential PHP extensions: curl, gd, imagick, json, libxml, mbstring, openssl, simplexml, xml, zip, zlib.
- Access to cron on server (recommended).
