We had a discussion on twitter with some support team members of CyberSEO, we are adding around 500+ feeds to our site to get news feeds from. Initially, when we started using CyberSEO Pro we were adding around 80-100 Feeds, after looking at the performance we increased the number of feeds to 500+.
We also tried using Cron and Auto Mode but that did not work too.

The plugin does not delete the feeds if you haven't clicked the button. The source code is open and you can check it. Only you can delete them and only manually. If feeds are being deleted, there is a problem with your database (the server is overloaded etc).
Also the feeds can be deleted by any 3rd-party plugins or themes. Every plugin, which works at your site can do just anything.
