I've imported your feed settings and pulled the feed on my test site, which has the same version of CyberSEO Pro. Here is what I see:
Also I can't see any complains about Full-Text RSS from other CyberSEO pro users. Are you sure the feed's owner haven't blocked your server IP?
If the site owner doesn't want you to pull full-text articles, you should not do that. You have to contact the site owner and get a permission. Otherwise it's a copyright violation. For example, I won't mind if someone pulls my own articles from CyberSEO Pro blog and post them elsewhere. I write them to make them public, so it's not a problem for me. However, the owner of the site you are pulling the full text articles from may have a different policy.

In this case there is something wrong with your settings. Perhaps with the server settings, or with the CyberSEO Pro General Settings. If you want me to do an audit of your site, email me with an admin access to your WordPress dashboard, because as I said above, your feed settings are ok as well as CyberSEO Pro. That's something different and that's not caused by a bug or something like that.

That was a combination of wrong settings and a bug. Your feeds are set to generate a DALL∙E 2 image, but your OpenAI key was not set. Why are you doing this? I've fixed the plugin in version 10.032 so now it just ignores this incorrect setting.
So the problem was not related to Full-Text RSS in any way.

Yes, you are good for now. As I mentioned above, even with these settings the plugin will work correctly and the post will be added. It now takes into account that someone may enable DALL∙E 2, Stable Diffusion or Pixabay images and forget to enter the API key. So I consider it as a bug in my code, because I missed out this possible mistake on the user side.

What can I say? Make sure your server was not hacked and the plugin was not modified.
On the other hand, it could be a false report made by that plugin, written by an incompetent person. Just don't use it and use some reliable one, written by professionals. I believe that the plugin just just sees an eval() function call in the code and believe it's a backdoor, because... To honest, I don't know. The persons who wrote the code have heard that PHP eval() function can be used by hackers and it really can be... just as any other PHP function. However, they should read the PHP manual and learn that this is an absolutely valid, documented and necessary function, which was included into PHP not by some hacker request. It was included for a reason. How do you think the plugin runs your custom PHP code if not so?
So, check the integrity of cyberseo.php (e.g. just re-upload it) and please don't use the unknown "antimalware" products anymore. They won't make your site secured, but they may seriously harm it. I do recommend Wordfence plugin here: Login to see this link
Wordfence is the most advanced, professional security plugin for WordPress, trusted by millions of people worldwide, including me. I have no idea what Sucure is and why do you use it...
P.S. Just checked it and that's what I see its critic reviews: Login to see this link
This single comment could be a trigger for me to keep away from it: Login to see this link
And especially this one: Login to see this link
Your case is one of them. The plugin sees a PHP eval() function which executes a code from WordPress database. But it doesn't analyze the executed code itself. It doesn't even check the try-catch statement around it because, as I said above, it's written by non-professionals. The only thing I can see, is that such a plugin does not protect against real hackers, because it can be fooled just easily...

Wordfence also scans your PHP files for known malware patterns, but it won't warn you about such trivial things as an eval() function use, because it's just silly. Moreover it does a real analysis of PHP code right on its run! As I mentioned above, these guys know their job and they do it very professionally.
Don't consider my post above as a product placement. I have no relation to Wordfence. I'm just a fan of their product, which saved me for many times.
