Is there a limit on length of external text file?

I have 2k lines of text. Works fine if I post the list directly into cyberseo-options.php, but doesn't work when calling it from a file.

I've triple checked that the url is correct. I've done this 100 times without issue, but now I have an issue.

I found the issue.

’ and ’’ in text file, which converted to ' and " when I pasted it directly into Global synonym table box.

No permission to create posts
