Hello, tried using the snippet available in the documentation section Login to see this link. In both instances, cyberseo did pull the feed however, the clip id was stripped out, therefore no video was there to play. Also, the featured image thumb goes to an 404 page. Did youtube change something in their xml, or am I doing something incorrectly? Please help me understand.

I didnt not notice that section however im still having the same issue except the instead of posting the player in content its now posted in custom fields, and still theres no player id with the embed. Also still the thumb link goes to an 404 page.

In the cybersyn plugin i noticed that the clip id is grabbed with $id, in cyberseo snippets i see

$clip_id. I may try this. I would just use cybersyn for this particular project except it doesnt seem to grab thumbs.

Could you please post your YouTube feed's URL here?

I initially tried with :

then i tried with Login to see this link

then Login to see this link without changing the last two feeds at all and each time the clip id or thumb was not stored using the snippets from documentation. While i was searching around for more info about youtube rss feeds, i found a post about cybersyn embedding youtube videos, so I tried it and it grabbed each feed right away.

Just syndicated your feed using the code from Login to see this link without any problems. A standard "Twenty Eleven" theme was used.

I believe you are doing something wrong.

I unchecked both encoding options in the feed info and preview screen and it worked. clap
