Sorry, but I don't understand your question. The "WP Flash" plugin does not ask the URL or anything else. It's intended to insert Adobe Flash animation into your posts. For example to embed some SFW file (say "yoursite.com/game.swf"), you just need to add insert the following line into your post:
[swf:http:///www.yoursite.com/game.swf 450 450]
Could it be even easier?

I can't get seem to get the .swf to load using the WP flash plug-in on my wordpress site . pls help!
[swf:Login to see this link 600 300]
I just get the "loading images" when I view it. If I check the link: Login to see this link a browser window–it works perfect. What am I doing wrong??? Thx for the help!!
You are doing everything right, but it seems you are trying to embed a flash file from a site which does not belong to you. Am I right?
It seems the flash file you want to embed is trying to load some additional content (e.g. images) from the site it was loaded from. Since there are no required content at your host or it's protected on the original site, the flash file won't be able to load it.
This problem does not related to my plugin, so I can't "fix" it on my end.

It seems that it loaded but i see a blank white thing. ty for yourtime.
