I want to add a link to images I fetch that when clicked on will redirect to the desired location. How can I do this?
Also, is it possible to spin these links?

With CyberSEO you can create a 
Login to see this link. Since the links are being generated by WordPress, you can't alter them via CyberSEO.

1) You you want to rewrite the links (not spin them)? Course you can do it using Login to see this link.
2) Depends on how exactly your pictures are being displayed. If they get displayed via standard WP gallery shortcode, the links canэt be changed. On the other hand, if your images are included into the post body as HTML <img> tags, you can remove or rewrite the links without problems.
