Where exactly that title is located? Is it in the $post['post_excerpt'], or it's being added by your code (e.g. 'Click Here Now!')?

Hi,

This code is purely added by the php code inserted in the php box.

Right now it also synomize those title, which I'd like to prevent.

If the phrase is already stored in the $post['post_excerpt'] or $post['post_content'], there is no way to protect it from synonymization. Unless you are using SpinnerChef which provides such an ability.

Not sure if I understand your wuestion correctly.
The 'Do not protect HTML' option is unchecked, but still does not protect my html.

Which could be due to my php code. But i'm not sure if the phrase is stored in the mentioned
$post['post_excerpt'] or $post['post_content'],

clip_url->clip_url
flv->flv
duration->duration
category->category

And my php code is

So which exactly synonymizer you are using to spin the content: the built-in one, SpinnerChief or both?

I'd use the SpinnerChief synomizer then Build-in Synonymizer.

Thus you have to use the SpinnerChief only (note the "Protect Words" text field there). The built-in synonymizer doesn't allow to protect specified phrases.
