As I pull in news feeds from major outlets like CNN, Fox..etc I am trying to filter out the text that would give away the source so that it can be read without knowing where it came from until the bottom of the article where a reader could choose to see the source.  This way, you can read articles without having an immediate bias because of where it came from.  Is this an option?

Go to "Advanced" settings. Find there the "PHP code <?php .. ?>" field and remove everything there. I don't recommend you to do so because you may face legal problems with the sites you are copying the articles from.
