I have VPS server with the following parameters:
1 vCore, 2.4 GHz, 4 GB RAM, Local Raid 10 (I am not sure if the last one matters).
I know that is better to set up feed pulling through the cron. I don't have anything else running on this server, and I would like to be able to accumulate max amount of feeds / posts (saved as drafts).
What settings would you recommend for this, how often should I be pulling, how many feeds. I know that in the end I need to figure it out for myself, but maybe you could give me a range, or a starting point.

Sorry but I can't give you any advice on that, because there are 100's of factors that affect the capacity of your site, such as operating system, bandwidth of your host, bandwidth of the feed's host, sizes of posts and the attached media, other plugins running on your site, version of WordPress, your SQL server, how often you are going to pull the feeds, how many of them at once, how many posts at once, other CyberSEO settings and many-many more...
