I have configured everything step by step but I can't get the Espinner API to work. Could you help me?

Perhaps they changed their API or something like that. What the Syndication log says?

Looks like a user is missing. For example, there was some user, you have selected it as a post author in the feed settings and then deleted it. Anyways I'll look at it.
And it doesn't save some settings like post number of posts
It does actually. Please email me with the login/password to your WP control panel along with an instruction on where to click to reproduce the described above effect.
