Hi support,
I'm trying to import Amazon products into WooCommerce as products and not posts. I set up my feed and configured it the following way:
When I syndicate the feed, it pulls products into the correct WooCommerce category, however, there seems to be something wrong with the post page. Seems to be some type of error.

Can you help me resolve this error?
Also, I searched around the forum and came across this post from 2 years ago but not sure if it's relevant anymore:
That said, there's something mentioned in it that I wanted to do as well, which is to show a higher price and cross it and show a lower price as if the item is on sale.
Thanks

Thanks for the log, I don't see any error messages in it and everything seems to work.
Your first screenshot shows an error message on your site, but how did you see that the error was caused by CyberSEO Pro and not some other plugin or your theme?
I recommend that you temporarily enable debug mode so that a detailed error message appears: Login to see this link
If that doesn't help and the error details don't appear on your site page, then you need to analyze the server-side PHP error log.

You're welcome. Thanks for the quick reply.
I figured it out. It's because CyberSEO configurations were adding the products to the category I chose AND the "uncategorized" category. Had to select just one and it worked. Despite deleting the "uncategorized" category, CyberSEO creates the category whenever products are syndicated but I don't want it to create it. How can I stop it from doing?
That said, I also want to do the following:
- Show a higher price and cross it and show a lower price as if the item is on sale.
- CyberSEO adds a "but now" button that takes the user to the product using my affiliate link. I would also like to hyperlink the native "buy now" button the same way CyberSEO's button is hyperlinked. Any thoughts?
Thanks man
I can help you with advice, but unfortunately I can't customize your site for you. Customizing post templates is a webmaster's job and it's a creative job.
Here is an article that describes how to customize the post template: Login to see this link
E.g.:
The above template works with products imported from Google Merchant Center. However, when CyberSEO Pro imports products from Amazon, it doesn't see the regular product price, so it can't display it.
