Hello, my site stopped working and I thought it was problem with my hosting, but it looks like CyberSEO needs upgrade to newer version of ioncube. I have just installed version 6.64 but it did not help.

I see this error:

Site error: the file /home/xwachvrb/public_html/wp-content/plugins/CyberSEO/cyberseo-core.php requires the ionCube PHP Loader ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so to be installed by the website operator. If you are the website operator please use the Login to see this link to assist with installation.

Here is what hosting support send to me:

It appears that the plugin developer may need to update their code as all of our servers were upgraded to php 5.4 in a cpanel update that happened yesterday which would make the ioncube version

ioncube_loader_lin_5.4.so
instead of
ioncube_loader_lin_5.3.so

Hello, my host provider send me this:

we have the latest version in our server

So I do not know who is right, but looks like they use version 5.4 and CyberSEO use version 5.3 or no?

Just remove the /ioncube folder along with its contents. Or replace it will this one: Login to see this link (you don't need to do so, if IonCube loader is already installed at your host).

AFAIK, the IonCube Loader works well with PHP 5.4. I would suggest you to make a ticket here: Login to see this link
