Our backup provider allows us to do a test restore of our sites on their server so that we can compare an old version to the current WP site. CyberSEO prevents us from seeing these test restores. We identified that they didn't have IonCube installed. This has been rectified. But, now we are seeing a blank screen on the restores. They explored this issue and wrote the following to us:
wp-content/plugins/CyberSEO/cyberseo-core.php was encoded by the ionCube Encoder for PHP 5 and cannot run under PHP 5.5. Please ask the provider of the script to provide a version encoded with the ionCube Encoder for either PHP 5.3 or PHP 5.4 or PHP 5.5. in Unknown on line 0" while reading response header from upstream
Basically the CyberSEO version you are using is for PHP 5.0 which is quite old. We are running PHP 5.5 on our test-server. That is the culprit.
I see that we are using CyberSEO Lite version 6.74. Can you help me to communicate back to them what CyberSEO / IonCube requires based on their response? In the forum, it sounds like as long as they use PHP 5.4.x this should be working. Ideas?
