I've got two web sites hosted on two different servers by two different hosting companies.  One is a shared hosting deal and the other a dedicated server.  On the site that is hosted on a shared server videos stream and seek just fine in the player.  However, on the dedicated server the video plays but only from the beginning, and it appears, only after it's finished fully downloading to the player.  Fortunately, being a dedicated server I have root access to it and can make things happen.  However, everything I've tried so far has been in vain.

Adding a new mime type of video/flv hasn't helped.  I've also added the Apache mod_flvx module but that's not doing the trick either.

Do you have a list of pre-requisites I can check to get this working properly please?
