Latest version has caused all the links on blog AND all my internal links to open in a new tab.  It never did that before.  I do not see any setting to change that behavior.

No. It doesn't change any settings. Seems you have changed the Open Links in a New Window option manually. If now, check your theme options or other plugins because they can do it as well.

I did not change anything.  If you cannot give guidance and at least make an effort, your plugin is worthless.
