Hi,
I have strange error when deleting or adding new feed to CyberSEO. I have already set PHP execution time to 400, but no luck. The error is visible only when wp_debug is enabled. Otherwise there is CyberSEO blank page with no info.
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 9223372036854775807 seconds exceeded in ../wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(52) : eval()'d code on line 3
If you Google for this error, you will see it's some server-specific error which is caused by your MySQL server. Your error message does not show the actual line of code where the error occurs, because it's eval-d code. In fact the error is here: Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 9223372036854775807 seconds exceeded in /wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1924
It is in the following WordPress code:
Note the 2nd line above. Unfortunately I don't know the solution, because it's definitely not a bug in CyberSEO. And it's not even a bug in WordPress, but some problem with server configuration. I heard about a few similar cases and every time the problem was solved by moving the site to another host with different software settings.

So I zipped my whole site and put it on another hosting provider and I still can't delete the feeds. However the error has changed a bit:
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 9223372036854775807 seconds exceeded in ../wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(52) : eval()'d code on line 3
Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in ../wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743
and the error on pulling selected feed:
Syndicating XX...
Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 9223372036854775807 seconds exceeded in ../wp-content/plugins/cyberseo/cyberseo.php(52) : eval()'d code on line 3
Notice: ob_end_flush(): failed to send buffer of zlib output compression (0) in ../wp-includes/functions.php on line 3743

Found the solution by playing with different PHP versions and debug. Somehow I got the Wordfence error and tried to disable the plugin to see, if it changes something. And it did, disabling Wordfence fixed the issue. Now I have to add somehow exception for Cyberseo plugin to Wordfence configuration.
Cheers! Hopefully it helps somebody the track down the issue.
