Is there any quota for using? I buy a 1 site license for test. And there weren't any information about quota or something like that.

You read the Syndicator Log and ask why your posts were not added? As it said in that sticky topic, the answers to your question are located in the Syndicator Log, which clearly says:

Login to see the quote

So please let me "decode" it:

1. 1. You exceeded your current OpenAI GPT-3 quota, please check your plan and billing details. The post was not generated and won't be added.

1. 1. As about Login to see this link The plugin was unable to download the RSS file. Make sure your server IP is not banned, because my test server loads this feed without problem.

This means that the plugin is ok and there is no bug. There is a problem on your server. E.g.: connection issues, banned IP, wrong server settings etc...  

Okay, I'll check my OpenAI GPT-3.
