Hi,

We are using CyberSEO Pro for importing posts inside the theme built-in Custom Post Type.

Everything is working fine but CyberSEO Pro is not importing post hashtags which is very important for us.

Note: Auto tags option is enabled inside the settings.

Same settings we are using on the different website which is working fine and also importing tags.

Any solution?

Could you please explain what "post hashtags" is? The Login to see this link doesn't say anything about this XML element.

Please read how "Auto tags" work: Login to see this link

If the plugin sees some word in post which is equal to an existing tag (a tag previously defined by you), it will add it. So I still don't understand what you are trying to do. Please post the actual feed's URL and tell me what should happen when some particular post from it is pulled.

Let me try to explain:

We are using the same RSS feed URL on two different websites for importing posts.

1st website: We have selected Post type "Post" (which is default WordPress post type).
- When we use this option the "Auto Post Tags" option works fine.

2nd website: We have selected Post type "Station" (which is custom post type).
- When we use this option "Auto Post Tags" option not working.

Hope this makes sense.

Is there anyway to share our website and feed URLs privately with you so you can get my points?

The theme you sent me does not allow tags for its custom post type (in your case it's station).

In order to use tags, you need to enable them when you register your Custom Post Type with 'taxonomies' => array( 'post_tag' ) as its shown here:

If post_tags taxonomy is not enabled for the a custom post type, you won't be able to add to the post via wp_insert_post(), as CyberSEO Pro does.
