The screenshots don't explain anything. Please read Login to see this link. That is a sticky thread and there is also a popup message that you should read before posting a question to the support forum.
I need to see the original title that was used as a request to Google Images, and I need to see if there was a problem generating a thumbnail. All of this information can only be found in your Syndicator log.

The reason is simple. There are no Creative Common License images on Google Images for your post title: "Le migliori offerte luce indicizzate per risparmiare nel 2022"
You can check this yourself with Google:

Note that the plugin only allows you to import images published under the Creative Common License. I don't want CyberSEO Pro users to be sued for content theft.

Yes, it will work completely dynamically. The only problem is that you can't use tags and categories because they are sets of strings (arrays). You can ask Google to look for a set of strings, you must provide only one particular search phrase. This is how Google Search Engine works...
BTW, you can use Login to see this link to provide a random set of keywords. E.g.:
%random_image[{keyword #1|keyword #2|keyword #3|keyword #4|keyword #5}]%

Actually, you can also use tags and categories, but it will require some PHP coding. CyberSEO Pro is a professional tool, so it has a solution for every case. There are two PHP code snippets:
You can simply add one of them to the "Custom PHP code" box on your feed settings page. The first one uses a random post tag and the second one uses a random post category as a keyword for Google Image Search. The image link is stored in the custom "thumb" field, so you can use it as a post thumbnail in this drop-down menu: Login to see this link.

This question should be directed to Google, I think. It gives you the most relevant images for a keyword. Perhaps it was unable to find a better image, or your tag/category is irrelevant to the content of the post. This is obvious.
Since it's a CyberSEO Pro plugin, you can use artificial intelligence to generate the best possible image search keyphrase for Google according to the context of each particular post. I can write a simple PHP snippet to do this. But you will have to pay for the use of the OpenAI GPT API service.
