Hello I have some themes of wordpress that they use for insert the image a fields custom . My doubt is like I can do that the photos insert in the fields custom, for exemple if I have a themes with a fileds custom called "photo". Thanks.

The answer depends on how exactly these images are presented in the feeds. Are they located in the post bodies (<img src="..."> tag)? Maybe they come as media attachments or as additional XML fields?
