Hello,

I just purchased CyberSeo Lite and have been trying to fondle with the whole thing for hours. I would appreciate any assistance for my current situation.

When i try to activate my plugin this is the error message I get:

The file /hermes/web10/b2519/moo.seductionlawcom/wp-content/plugins/CyberSEO/cyberseo-core.php cannot be decoded by this version of the ionCube Loader. If you are the administrator of this site then please install the latest version of the ionCube Loader.

I have already installed the latest version of ioncube loader but the problem still persist. I did it manually uploading the loader in my ftp but everything just doesn't seem to work. So, I've ask tech help by submitting a ticket to my hosting company and they looked into my account. This is their reply:

"Hello,

Thank you for your reply.

We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. It appears like issue with CyberSEO plug-in itself. Hence, I suggest that you contact Wordpress support team for further assistance.

If you have any further questions, please update the Support Console. "

A resolution to this will be much appreciated. I don't want to buy something I can't even use.

Your question was already answered here: Login to see this link

P.S. You can not update the IonCube Loader "in your FTP" because it must be installed by your host admin (e.g. the php.ini file have to be configured by the person who has root access to server).
