I added a feed Login to see this link
In the publication received from the feed, images are displayed as Login to see this link /rsnportal/images/logo/mlogo.png
Enabling the "store images locally" setting also has no effect.
I have wordpress 6.2.2, php 7.4, nginx.

Both links are broken and won't open. The plugin does not display anything at all. It just imports the content source into WordPress. You should open the imported post in the WordPress editor and check if everything is ok there. You should check what was generated, but now how it is rendered by the theme. Your theme may render the post in a completely different way. That's why it's important to find the theme that fits your exact needs and adjust it accordingly.

Okay, but I don't understand why turning on the "store images locally" setting doesn't affect anything. And why is my site listed in the link instead of the source site.

What do you mean "has no effect"? If this option is disabled, the images will be hotlinked. If it's enabled, they'll be uploaded to your host.
When I enable "store images locally" the links should be linked to my "uploads" wordpress directory, instead the link includes directories that are not on my server.
For example Login to see this link
I expect the link to be Login to see this link

As I said above, your site is misconfigured. Your folders are not writable for the script. You need to fix this.
After that you should open CyberSEO Pro's "General Settings" panel and click on "Install the Full Text RSS script". As soon as your folders folders are writable, the script will be downloaded to your site and it's URL will be seen in the "Full text extractor URL" box.
Open your feed settings and select "Full-text RSS script" from the "Extract full-text articles" drop-down menu.
Open the "Media Handling" tab and deselect any options you have selected for no reason. For example, "Store base64-encoded images" must be disabled because your content does not contain base64-encoded images. "Media attachments" needs to be set to "Do not insert attachments" because your feed has no attachments.
Save your settings and pull the feed.
P.S. Note that I was not able to open the links from your 1st post in the browser. Your servers says they are blocked (forbidden). This means that your site is misconfigured. I suggest you contact your host admin.

I gave acceess to the directory with the site to all users. This didn't solve the problem.
I don't see the "Full-text RSS script" from the "Extract full-text articles" settings.
At the same time, I see in the log that the picture is successfully saved to the directory

That's because the script can't write anything to your directories. It can't extract a zip archive or upload an image. This is not a bug or something that can be fixed at the code level. Your server settings simply don't allow PHP scripts to save a file.
The only way to be sure is to check your PHP error log. The problem will be listed there. If you believe there is a bug in CyberSEO Pro, it will be shown in your PHP error log as well.
I've just checked and I see that the /uploads folder is writable and the plugin was able to save an image there. However, it still can't extract a zip file into the /cyberseo folder. So it's either not writable or the required zip and zlib libraries are not installed on your server.
Your PHP error log will give you a complete picture.

I issued permissions 777 recursively for all users. I don't understand what else needs to be done.
I also don't see anything in the logs that would indicate an access error.
I am attaching the logs in the archive.
Unfortunately, only your host administrator can help you with this. They need to check your PHP error log and fix the problem. It's on their end.
Also, using a 777 permission makes your site vulnerable. I would not recommend this. You should check with your admin. If you like, I can recommend a reliable host provider for WordPress sites, so you won't have any problems with server configuration.
I would like to remind you to make sure that the required Login to see this link libraries are enabled in your PHP config.

I am the server administrator.
There are no php errors in the logs.
Logs are attached in the post above.
I still need your help setting up the plugin.
I disabled all other plugins.
For the test, I recursively set the rights to 777 on all directories of the site.
I remind you:
The image directory in the links is incorrect.
With the "store images locally" option turned off, the links still point to my server.

Yes, the php7.4-zlib library was not included on my site
This is exactly what I needed.
Installing it solved the problem.
