I've been working on a site I'm redesigning all day long and CyberSEO was fine all day. Just now, I wanted to have a look at the settings for a couple of feeds and it wouldn't let me access anything - over 25 feeds just disappeared - the syndication page was blank! It said I needed to update my registration, so I clicked the link and entered my username, and it said I was good until 12/31/19. Just now I tried again and it accepted my "registration," but still won't show me the feeds. I don't see where I can access an account on your website and so I can't check to make sure I renewed my registration, though I do keep up with that sort of thing, so I'm sure I must have. Can you help me please? I'm trying to launch this site, but I won't be able to do that without all the feeds intact. And now I'm panicking pretty big time.
The plugin does not remove the feeds at its will. It could be a database problem, or the feeds were removed by some other plugin or theme. You should understand that any script (a theme or a plugin) you run under WordPress is able t do anything with your server. Just anything. The CyberSEO plugin is really able to remove your feeds from the database, but it must be manually confirmed. Any other script may do it without any confirmation.
