Hello,
I am testing CyberSEO as a way to automate my blog curation columns. Currently I am using MyCurator.
When I installed the plugin I received the following notice in my WP dashboard:
Events for GeoDirectory plugin recommends the following plugins: Featured Image from URL (FIFU) and WP Ad Inserter.
The GeoDirectory developers replied with this:
You can ignore that.
Another theme or plugin is using the Login to see this link library. My guess is there is an error in their implementation of the library, which is why it’s showing up as though it’s a GeoDirectory recommendation. Do the recommendations perhaps relate to your theme or another plugin?
Now this did go way when I uninstalled CyberSEO.
GeoDirectory is essential for my site as it is a directory so I cannot remove it.
Thoughts?
Yes, that's not a conflict. These plugins are really recommend by CyberSEO Pro, but as the other developer told you, WordPress may recommend them from a name of any other plugin or theme, which was installed later. So you may just install and use them, or click the "dismiss forever" link and the recommendation won't show up again. I can't see any problem here.

Perhaps some other plugin causes them. These recommendations a common for the whole WordPress installation, so any active plugin or theme may show them. The CyberSEO Pro adds them the proper way, but other plugin may do it wrong. The only want to find it out is to temporary disable all the plugins and switch to a standard theme and enable them one by one.
