When I use spinner chief during post importing its makes something like that with all link and image source

If it's a SpinnerChief-related problem, you need to contact them directly. The CyberSEO plugin just uses the SpinnerChief API as a 3rd-party service but nothing else. The only thing I can suggest you is make sure that the "Do not protect HTML" option is disabled.

I got response from spinner chief they told it doesn't work with spinner chief free account
