I have a problem with ioncube when I want to move my website to a new server withOS windows server 2003.

"Require the ionCube Loader ionCube_loader_win_5.3.dll to be installed" 

and I've downloaded the ioncube 5.3 and install on the server, but the error persists, could you help?

No. I have no expirience with Windows Server 2003 either. IonCube is a 3rd-party product which has its own developer and support teams.

Course I would help you if I'd known how... IonCube is not an open-source product and I don't know how it works. Furthermore, you don't have to handle this problem by yourself. There is a special support department at Login to see this link - they have to take care about everything related to their products (in your case it's IonCube Loader).
