"Refreshing" posts from updated feed | CyberSEO Pro | Support Forum

Hi, i've noticed that if you change a feed settings it will change the new posts that you pull from them but it will not "update" or "refresh" past posts from that same feed, is there something that i can do to refresh those old posts? i'm guessing that deleting all posts and pulling again would hurt my SEO and, well, it seems to me that it's one of those "need to have" features.
