Hi, how can make the paysite external link to have a    rel="nofollow"

In PHP code we have: $post ['custom_fields'] ['paysite_url'] = 'Login to see this link;;

But i couldnt find a way to fix the nofollow problem.

Go to CyberSEO->Tools and enable Use rel="nofollow".

Are you asking about Free WP Tube theme? Is so, the link there is not a part of post's body. It's hardcoded into the theme, so CyberSEO can't alter it. The only way to fix it is to make necessary changes to the theme manually. Find in single.php this line:
