how would i do it with code in PHP code <?php .. ?>?

domain.com is different from one post to another

i beg my pardon Admin i wasnt exact with the problem ive described - thought one example would be enough (my bad)

this url has numbers in between Login to see this link and /?account=11111 and those numbers are different from one feed item to another

those numbers should be removed first and |account=11111 replaced with account=11111000006&programm=someprogramm

domain.com is also different from post to post
