Do you mean the images in the regular blog posts, or the thumbnails fro the embeddable videos (tube-like sites)?

There is no built-in option to resize the images. This can been done by custom PHP code only. As an alternative solution, you can use the Login to see this link property (must be added into your style.css).

Depends on the contents of your feed. In general, you just need to properly change the "width" and "height" attributes inside the img tag.
