Hi, Is is possible with CyberSEO to set a featured image from the content and the delete it from the content so it won't be published within the post also?

Theoretically yes, if you know PHP. But the easiest way is to change your theme settings to disable the featured image displaying inside the single posts. And modern theme can do that.
