When you insert images from Pixabay, you specify their CSS class here: https://www.cyberseo.net/content-syndicator/#pixabay-image-class
Thus you just have to give it some class name. Then click "Customize" a the top panel of your WordPress theme and set a CSS style for that class. There you can set the sizes, alignment or various effects for the Pixabay images. The only limitation there is your own CSS skills.
