Unfortunately, this happens if you delete the Full-Text RSS script along with the CyberSEO Lite plugin, and just for this case we include the following instructions in the email with the download and activation info for CyberSEO Pro:
Important information for upgrading from CyberSEO Lite to CyberSEO Pro
If you previously used the Full-Text RSS script with CyberSEO Lite, please note that this script is not included in the CyberSEO Pro distribution. Unlike CyberSEO Lite, which is GPL-licensed, CyberSEO Pro is a proprietary product and does not bundle the Full-Text RSS script. If you uninstall CyberSEO Lite before upgrading, the script will be removed, which may result in errors when attempting to extract full-text content. To resolve this, follow these steps:
- In the CyberSEO Pro General Settings, locate the "Full text extractor URL" field.
- If you see a "Server response: HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found" error in your Syndicator log, clear the "Full text extractor URL" field and save the settings.
- At the bottom of the General Settings page, click the "Install the Full Text RSS script" button to reinstall the script.
- To verify the installation, open the URL in the "Full text extractor URL" field in your browser. If configured correctly, you should see a "No URL supplied" message.

The message says that your server is blocking the URL of the Full-Text RSS script. Since only your host admin can make changes to the server configuration, we cannot resolve this issue programmatically because the URL is blocked on their end.
Please contact your host administrator and ask them to resolve this issue.

You have correctly installed the Full-Text RSS script. The URL you see in the "Full text extractor URL" field is 100% correct for CyberSEO Pro.
But the problem is with your server. First it returned a 403 Forbidden error - which means that your hosting provider or server configuration blocked access to the script. Later the script file was deleted - so now you see 404 Not Found.
This is not a problem with the plugin. CyberSEO Pro can't control your server settings. Only you or your hosting provider can do that.
So there are two options: contact your hosting provider and ask them why your server blocks access to the file or removes it, or provide us with admin access to your WordPress dashboard via email or the contact form on our website - and we will install the script for you.
